Lauren Katherine is a conceptual photographer, specialising in creative and experimental portraiture as well as dream like landscapes. Her work explores various topics, focussing on mental illness and trauma through personal lived experience. She tackles difficult subject matter and interrogates typical representation of femininity. Her style consists of soft and delicate imagery, incorporating flowers and pastel colours. Lauren hopes that her work will lead viewers to challenge their perceptual frameworks, philosophy and psychology being a key inspiration in her work.

Lauren is currently undertaking her MA degree in photography after graduating with her Bachelors of Arts in November 2023.
